Online Experience Manager

You will be responsible for the online experience of LEGO Factory, LEGO’s acclaimed web-based service that lets consumers design and buy their own sets at www.LEGOFactory.com. Based in a small business unit team in Billund, Denmark, you will be responsible for translating our business unit objectives into effective online experiences.

 

Digital planner with operational and leadership skills

Your main objective is to continuously get under the skin of the LEGO Factory business and our consumers. Combining this with your creative genius, you will translate our strategic goals into informed and inspired online experience strategies and tactical deliveries. Specifically, you will develop concrete plans, KPIs, and budgets for maintaining and developing our engagement platform www.LEGOFactory.com, so that it meets or exceeds customer expectations and fulfils business objectives on an ongoing basis. Your role involves inspiring numerous stakeholders to give their best in helping develop and execute the plans and supporting our business goals.

Creative thinker and sound organiser

You have 6-8 years hands-on experience in internet/digital business development giving you extensive knowledge of digital strategy, execution, technology and design. You are unfazed by the rapid developments in consumer behaviour, legal intricacies and technological wonders.

As a person, you are a proactive self-starter who approaches work with an analytical mindset and from a holistic point of view. This allows you to handle complex situations and ensures that you and the team have a firm grip on the daily details while keeping your eyes on the long-term goal.

As a leader, you know how to be hands-on practical when required and hands-off when appropriate, thus running an efficient project team. Your communication and presentation skills are supe­rior, as is your written and spoken English.
